1. 1. Name of the event and if it is an annual event.

2. 2.Desired dates.

3. 3.Amount of people expected.

4. 4.If you are able to fly out band members.

Please keep in mind that if you would like Heather to lead a certain level of worship then she needs to be free enough to do that.  Working with new worship teams all the time can make this difficult.  Please consider having her band in with her so that she can be free to lead the best worship that she can lead.
