For those of you who may be interested in booking me for a conference I wanted to share my heart on my journey over the past years. I have been traveling regularly for over 10 years now and over the years though I feel so honored that I am able to do what I do, there is also a cost spiritually emotionally and physically that can take a toll. It is for this reason that I now request that a second flight be paid for so that I can travel with someone. This makes a trip much easier! I know that because I am flying from Canada my flight can be a bit higher but this does not mean that the second flight needs to be from the same place. There are a number of people that I minister with from the States including Catherine Mullins and Courtney Clark that fly from major airports in the States keeping the flight cost lower. It has been the weakness of many ministers that their families have suffered at the hands of ministry. It is a deep conviction of mine that I will do anything that I can to not sacrifice my children on the alter of ministry! For this reason I often take night flights into a conference, and be there for as little time as possible. This is not because I care less about the event. When I am there, I give my all and I will pour myself out with everything. I want to express this because the sole reason for my limited days is completely to do with my family and not wanting to be away from them. I have 4 children. The oldest is 7 and the youngest is 2. That is a very busy life and I want to make them my greatest priority while still fulfilling the worship call on my life. I appreciate you understanding my heart. I also understand your budget!!! So I am asking if you would consider a second flight EITHER for another musician or singer to come OR for one of my children. If you can not afford this, I will still completely consider your conference and this is not "mandatory" for me to come. Blessings heather
